Politicians stormed the Elelenwo area in Rivers State to gift residents wrappers but you must be qualified with your PVC to get your gift.
The presentation of wrappers to the residents was done in order to get their votes in the forthcoming elections but you must have your Permanent Voters Card (PVC) to obtain your wrapper.
