The minister, who is a former governor of Rivers state, however, stated that the Lagos state government may have had some reasons for enforcing the ban on Okada.
He said when he was governor of Rivers state, he also had to enforce a ban on motorcycles because it was being used to commit crimes.
Amaechi also said the orthopedic hospital in Rivers state was full every day because of regular accidents.
